The staff was nice.

It would have been nice to know they were under renovations.

When we arrived , we did not know it was under construction. It was very noisy. There was no way to relax after our drive. Went to turn on the TV. There was no cable connected to the room. Went to open the curtains. There was blood on them. They were full so we could not change our room. They said they would take care of the cable we waited around for about 40 minutes. No one came so we went and found somewhere to go for a while. Called them to see if things have been fixed yet. They did get the cable hooked up. However she said she had to be honest they did not change the curtains out . That she would get that done. After running around instead of relaxing we went back to the room. Things were ready for us. However, got the boys ready to go to the pool. The pool was down for the rest of the night. After asking myself if there was another place we could go and use their pool, The death person contacted the manager and there was it was about 8 minutes down the street. The only problem with that is I had to put wet boys in my car to come back to our room. When looking it was on their website that they're under construction. However, it was in the small prints under policies. I feel it should have been right at the top of the page when you go onto their site. I feel at the the trap. That they expect people not to read the policies

I was very disappointed when I walked into the hotel. The hotel looked very run down and smelled of cigarette smoke. It was dark inside (low lighting) and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. If I wasn’t there for a Lacrosse tournament and had to stay I would not have stayed there. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and moisture. My 12 year old asked me if we HAD to stay because she was creeped out by the place. Won’t stay again and definitely won’t recommend.

Excellent front desk staff. Great breakfast. Remodeling in progress still very functional and a great location.

The property is not clean smells terribly of mold. Severe water damage in the room. Lobby also smells of mold. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. THEY DO NOT NOTIFY YOU THAT THIS PROPERTY IS U DER CONSTRUCTION AS WELL SO ON TOP OF MOLD IT SMELLS OF OTHER THINGS I HAVE ASTHMA AND HAVE NEEDED MY INHALER MUTLIPE TIMES SINCE CHECKING IN.

Check in was quick, but hotel is going through a remodel and the rooms that aren't remodeled are meh. The buttons on the A/C were busted out, the remote didn't have batteries and the toilet seat was broken. It was fine for one night for a place to sleep, butnj would t make it home base for a trip to the Grand Rapids area.

There was a big break in the second floor windows I have kids, could have cut their finger the shower was dirty a staff me member just walked in my room while I was undressing my child TWICE! My tv get going out all night due to a faulty cable cox had to have my microwave changed. Got rushed to checkout

i have stayed here a few times and it’s decent, it need some updating but overall no complaints.
