beds were worn out. way too soft. dirty and ripped carpet in room. air conditioning was not working properly. microwave did not work. would not stay here again.

I think it’s possible that this place could be a drug house. The staff was very unprofessional. Our room smelled really strange. We weren't sure if it was mold or something else. The floor was torn up on the 3rd floor. The lights in the room weren't working and when the manager came in to replace the lightbulbs, she never put the table back. I have stayed at a Sleep Inn before and had such a great experience. I was very unpleasantly surprised with this situation. We did not feel safe with our daughter staying there and I would like a refund. We stayed at the Drury Inn instead and the service was incredible.

Upon arrival, check in was pretty effortless we got to our room and dropped our things off and we left to go explore Grand Rapids and get our kids some food and come back for bed when we got back we noticed that the door had been opened but not closed all the way we didn’t really pay any mind going into the room getting settled in and getting everyone ready for bed once it was time to get in bed. We discovered that there were bugs we immediately got our children and left the room we went to the front desk where we waited about 20 or 30 minutes before staff was even available so around this time it was closer to midnight once we informed staff, they let us know that they thought they were ants, and I informed them that they were bedbugs the person at the desk continue to argue with me and not even offer another room or a refund so that my family and I could go to a different hotel we gathered our things, put them in trash bags and we left early and just got back on the highway headed towards our destination. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had and definitely no remorse from hotel staff I will never book here again

It was horrible. I woke up the first night in so much pain from the beds they are spring beds. I injured my back in the military and these beds made it impossible to sleep. The next night I slept on the ground. And the breakfast is bad everything was gross and hard. Don’t recommend at all if you wanna wake up the next day an still be In so much pain.

Was so smelly fr not being clean and dusty from construction we stayed there the one night and left due to my son not being able to breathe from his asthma . Area where we stayed was in a construction area that we could see down through the floor to the floor under as we walker over it
