Extended Stay America Select Suites - Milwaukee - Wauwatosa

Place is dirty and smelly. Trash in the stairway stacked up, cigarettes all on the ground, towels were dirty and the floor was sticky. There are lot of places to shopm

Location was close to things. Staff was friendly.

Felt unsafe. Wishing I didn’t already make this reservation and go somewhere else. Had a kitchen but no dishes. Not even paper plates. We bought few groceries but couldn’t eat everything because no dishes. They actually did have them but you had to pay at least $20 more for them. Smelt like stall smoke and weed. Even my clothes smelt that way the next day. The front desk is closed from 10p-10a with a gate pulled down and locked. Didn’t make me feel safe. There were guys sitting in the parking lots smoking. My daughter also felt unsafe!

Staff was very nice and helpful.

Went into my room and there was used towels hanging over the shower and semen in the toilet just disgusting will never go there again

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had while visiting hotel staff beyond rude and disrespectful visibly racist, not to mention false advertisement, no breakfast and unreasonable. Vending prices would not recommend to my worst enemy.

This was the worst hotel we have ever been at. Entire hotel had a bad odor and everything was dirty or war out. No ice machine, coffee, breakfast. We booked 2 rooms with king beds and were told that payment would not be taken until we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived we were told that they only had one room with a king bed.

I booked queens beds. And there were both full. There were people in the back were we parked our car were exchanging something. Very Sketchy.
