"Best Courtyard in the USA"

Dana, was amazing bartender who was outgoing and welcoming. She was engaging with our conversation and interested in my business in Burlington. I travel to 48 states and have stayed numerous courtyards. By far this has been my best experience. You should be proud of your employee and she has convinced me this is the hotel I am going to stay at with my future business in Burlington. Thank you.

"Absolutely perfect"

The bartender Dana was absolutely amazing she didn’t just give me a beer she started and kept a conversation with me and everyone she was serving by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in a while!!

Loved my experience at Courtyard in Burlington, NC! The staff made my stay the best! Really enjoyed talking with Dana, who served the best drinks and conversation! When on work trips the boredom can get to you, but the staff here at Courtyard have been outstanding!! From check in with Jennifer to drinks with Dana, this stay has been one of the best experiences I’ve had!

"Smelled of fried food."

Entire lobby smelled of fried food, so much that my hair smelled after being in the lobby for 15-20minutes. Scent lingered in hallway of second floor. Staff knew but didn’t seem to care. The Starbucks on site was really just the hotel staff and limited to simple coffees. Comfortable for what we needed but would chose to stay somewhere else next time.
