Holiday Inn Express Henderson N Evansville South by IHG

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the newspaper too.

The tubs were very slippery, one friend fell and pulled the shower curtain down.

The staff were great! The bed was clean and comfy. Sanitizer wipes provided. The breakfast was individually wrapped and sanitary. The soap, shampoo, etc. we’re high quality products. You get access to the YMCA.

The carpet in the room was sticky. I put on socks to walk around.

I just like Holiday Inn Express. I don’t believe I have stayed at a bad one. I’ve stayed at several HIE, staff has been nice and friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Really like the cinnamon rolls at breakfast also.

We are local and we’re required to pay a $200 cash deposit on top of the CC that had to be on file for incidentals. I signed this paper that was not on company letterhead or any type of formal paper, I did not receive a copy of this and when I went to check out I was told we would not get this back due to the child running in the hall. The mgr then proceeded to put her finger in my face multiple times, would not provide me with my signed documents and would not show me the video footage of the alleged accusations. She told us to get out or she would call the police and then proceeded to follow us out all the while talking rudely to me and the children and claimed I don’t have enough seats in my vehicle-mind you I have an 8 passenger van…I have called corporate and am waiting for a call back before i visit the property with the police. I will be contacting the BBB and the news as well to investigate this. There are multiple reviews on google with the same issues.

They need a different manager that is not Kim, she is rude and has no business being in hospitality!

Unfortunately, there is a lot of road noise at night. Not the hotel staff's problem. But I clearly had significant highway noise and had trouble sleeping. Sad. No close stores. No close restaurants. Sad.

Clean and quiet. Staff nice food good.
