This is not the "Hilton"-Hilton, but it is still a very nice hotel. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly & helpful. Our room was great, spacious, clean and with a good tea/coffee offering. Even had yummy biscuits. Only negative was that the parking price was USD50 per day, so we parked at our friend's hotel just along the street for USD30 per day (which still seemed pricey but I guess parking is at a premium in that area)

Parking cost was high. But it is what it is and we still very much enjoyed our stay, no complaints.

"Preston is the best!"

Valet was friendly and fast under 5 min wait. Check in was great, easy, Preston at the desk was amazing, best customer service, he took care of us during entire stay. Great location, clean rooms, housekeeping brought extra towels right away. Would stay again.

"Expensive Parking and Resort fees"

Stay was good. Room (epecially bathroom, was tiny. Parking fees and resorts fees were more than what I wanted to pay. I feel as a Hilton member, parking and resort fees should be waived or discounted.

"Great place to stay"

Perfect place to stay in waikiki. "Couple" blocks from the beach and the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Nice, clean rooms. Very conveniently located. Concierge desk arranged all our island excursions.
