"Very nice stay"

We stayed here one night post cruise. Lovely hotel, clean, spacious accessible room. Pleasant staff. Good location. We had a nice breakfast in their restaurant, Trees. Would recommend.

"Nice room but no shade at the pool"

Lovely, large room and very comfortable bed. Good shower. Very helpful staff!

I would have given this hotel a top rating if there were some shade at the pool. I've traveled the world, and this is the first hotel I've ever seen with absolutely no umbrellas, no canopies and no way to get out of the sun. There weren't even chairs right inside. I've had skin cancer three times, all caused by foolish sunbathing many decades ago. I'd been looking forward to some swimming during the daylight hours and that was not possible, sadly. Please, please do something about this!
