The View and the Location.

Dirty, broken wooden floor. Really broken floor on the side of the bed, someone could get hurt. Mold and holes on the walls of the bathroom. There is also mold in the shower. The shower drain was clogged. After 30" of water running you have 5 cm high water that does not go away. Very unpleasant feeling with all the mold in the shower.
