Если хотите вид на город, заявленный на фото- уточняйте именно такой угловой номер с террасой. Так как при размещении дают номер с заерытым бетонным балконом, который закрывает весь вид.

Отель очень " уставший". Стены в ванной покрыты плесенью. Постельное белье в пятнах и дырках. Одеялом воспользоваться не удалось- очень грязное и в пятнах крови. (Неприятно!) Находиться в номере было некомфортно. Номер предоставили иной, чем был забронирован. Сказали, что для них терасса и балкон- это одно и то же. Номер с терассой был занят- дали номер с бетонным балконом- поэтому вид на город был возможен только стоя. Угловой номер с балконом не берите- в ванной есть окно, благодаря которому гости из террасы ресторана рядом с отелем, могут "наслаждаться вашим голым телом" На наши попытки возразить,что оплачен другой номер- ответили,что ваш номер занят. Завтрак очень скудный, не соответствует заявленной стоимости. Вареные яйца, крабовый салат с майонезом, пережаренные блинчики в масле.!РАСТВОРИМЫЙ кофе(( Так что лучше завтракать в нормальном кафе.

The hotel was just 15-minute walk from the famous street of Tbilisi. even tho it's on a heel, the walking wasn't hard. it's calm and quiet neighborhood

When we arrived at 6:00 am, we had to wait over half an hour for the receptionist to come to the desk, even though we rang the bell multiple times. At 14:00 we were supposed to check into our rooms, but they were still being cleaned until around 14:30. Once we finally got in, we discovered fresh blood stains on the bed duvet. When we asked for it to be replaced, no apology was given, and the replacement sheets and duvet had tears and old stains as well. The shower head was broken, and the bathroom bin was also damaged. It felt like no one had checked the room to ensure it was clean and in proper condition before our arrival. Breakfast was very limited and repetitive—understandable to some extent for the price—but having a proper coffee in the morning should not be too much to ask.

Прекрасное расположение! В шаговой доступности от входа на фуникулер. Останавливливаюсь не впервые и планирую в будущем останавливаться. Завтраки правда так себе,выбор не велик ,но нас это не смущало, голодными не оставались.

На нулевом этаже пахнет сыростью.

They checked me into another room for 1 night with no money refund. Explanation : another guest want to stay for 1 day longer . Of course I can’t stay additional days. (I asked to )
