Cette maison d’hôtes vous emporte hors du temps. Un espace riche en design avec une vue magnifique et apaisante sur la mer. Un service luxueux et au petit soin avec beaucoup de bienveillance on se sent bien et Sana est juste merveilleuse avec une superbe équipe.. je recommande vivement ce lieu formidable et j’ai hâte d’y retourner.

We feel so fortunate to have stayed at Maison Dedine. Rare is the establishment that tops one's lists in almost every category. The photographs attached to these reviews do not do justice to the Maison's beauty. Its location is perfect, its layout is superb, its food is a delicious mix of home-grown vegetables and herbs, traditonal Tunisian delicacies, and French specialities. But it is the staff at Maison Dedine who make the difference. They make you feel like long-missed friends, helpful in every way, and elevate this establishment to one of the very best hotels or inns in which I have had the pleasure to reside. Americans need not worry; the staff is perfectly trilingual (French, Arabic, and English). Truly this must be the best place to reside in or about Tunis, perhaps the entire country - maybe Africa or the world!

The small boutique hotel truly makes you feel like you’re in your home and the staff is the family you always wanted from the personal breakfast in the morning by the sweetest ladies to the cleaning crew that turns down your bed every night this place is truly amazing and the location view and rooms are only half of it. It’s truly the staff that is the heart.

Fabulous, a real gem. Very interesting architecture and style, each of the only 5 rooms different. Infinity pool, nice terrasse, walking distance to iconic Sidi Bou. Breakfast is the perfect mix of local specialities and continental breakfast incl scrambled eggs. Safe, quiet, all you hear at night is the sea.

This is a chic and luxurious stay in Sidi Bou Said. Located on a quiet private portion of the road next to the marina, it's walking distance to the town but set apart and peacefully perched over the sea. The rooms were stylishly appointed with care and attention to quality and details. The staff is lovely and the breakfast is amazing. You can sit inside at the long shared table or take your breakfast at a terrace table looking at the sea and the boats. I would highly recommend Maison Dedine if you want to feel well taken care of in a beautiful boutique environment.

Stunning location with very beautiful interiors and views are just unbelievable. It's literally on the water and run by a group of very passionate professionals who go out of their way to ensure your stay is unforgettable.

Was so impress to be invited by a good friend for my first time in Tunisia . Love it came with my husband and my daughter for a week holiday . The service is outstanding and the view is breathtaking. Only 5 rooms it’s perfect to get the feeling of owning the place when you take all the rooms . Very quite place to relaxe and the breakfast is to die , So delicious that I have to stop going back to the buffet .

The reviews of this hotel restate the truth. This is an outstanding hotel under excellent management in a superb location. The rooms are well decorated and interesting. The public areas are inviting, open and have wonderful views. Sana is the perfect hostess and makes the experience one level higher. Our room had a complete view of the sea. All of the usual amenities were in place. The public rooms tied into the private spaces perfectly so you felt comfortable wherever you sat. Breakfast was terrific. I highly recommend this hotel and would always return when in the Tunis area.
