Amazing. Beautiful artwork and furnishings. Favorite hotel ever!

The rooms seem recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Decorated with whimsical paintings that made me happy. Would absolutely go again.

It was a nice stay with a good Continental breakfast. Not just cereal. Actual food, like sausages, bacon, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, bagels, etc. Nice dining area that we used as a quiet space to work as well.

Spacious rooms, nice public shared spaces, and helpful staff. Fantastic location close to the ski resorts and many restaurants, shopping, conveniences. We would definitely stay again!

The Chateau Big Bear Boutique was conveniently located to Snow Summi, restaurants, shops and the zoo. The room was lovely with a fireplace and plenty of room for our equipment and luggage. The breakfast was included and it was very nice. Our stay was very nice! Highly recommend it. We will stay again.

The morning staff was very helpful, the evening staff was not to helpful. I found an old Xmas tree and housekeeping cart blocking the fire egress stairs. The carpet on the second floor looks old and dirty. The bar was closed, and the rooms were just fine, nothing special. Overall we enjoyed our stay, since we didn’t spend much time there just to sleep.

The property is a little on the older side, but the room was big, the bed was comfy and the staff were very helpful. Bonus points for the paintings of deer in fancy dress throughout the building.

There was an error when I tried to check in, which resulted in a delay of almost 20 minutes before I could get my room due to a staff mistake. Eventually, I was able to check in. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. However, the jacuzzi was very cold. Despite this, the hotel is close to the ski resort so I would likely to return in the future.
