"Terrible"

We stayed here for Thanksgiving on a family trip and as soon as we walk in there's a bad smell in the hotel. The Front desk was nice but we stayed in room 205 and it smelt like marijuana from the towels to the bed sheets. The windows were very dirty and we kept having trouble with our heater. I've stayed in better hotels than this. You can tell there is a change in management where we noticed the general manager chastising this young man over a small mistake and i guess he didn't see us there. Very Unprofessional. The breakfast wasn't that great either. I'd give this hotel a 1.

"Horrible"

If I could leave a 0 star review - I would! We checked out early and went next door to the homewood where we were treated so much better. We have stayed here multiple times and never had an issue until this time. The friendly woman manager is gone and now there is a man who is extremely rude and condescending to guests and his employees. We watched him make an employee nearly cry. Housekeeping has really gone down hill as well as breakfast. Do not stay here!
