Rooms were clean

Friendly front desk staff. Didn't make on time to try the breakfast, however had some nice coffee from the reception area.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location. The "in room" refrigerator was very noisy during each cooling cycle which was too noticeable while sleeping.

The manager Connie treated me like a criminal and immediately accused me of being smelly, whatever that means. Then she began demanding that I pay $250 fine (for I don't know what) while pointing her finger in my face. My guest felt extremely uncomfortable and then she began demanding they pay the $250 fine, again not specifying what for. She also kept pointing her finger in their face. My guest trip was ruined !! They came to see my daughter graduate with her Civil Engineering degree and they paid a lot of money to come from Texas. She then threw us all out of the hotel when we would not pay the $250. She called the police and accused us of trespassing after I paid $450 for a 4 day stay at the hotel. Officer Bloom told her we did not break any laws (case # 25S03320). I feel she takes advantage of people from Mexico. She was asking for cash directly instead of going through small claims court like the officer told her. It’s very suspicious!! We never received a refund for the other three nights when I checked out the following day.

GET A NEW MANAGER!!!!!

The room was recently renovated but not finished. There was painter tape still showing and the paint job was not finished. Still drywall dust on the molding in the bathroom. The carpet had an odor, but this was a pet room so that was reasonable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Towels were a bit thin. Overall, based on the price, this was an okay visit.
