FairBridge Inn & Suites Sunnyside

I ASKED FOR A GROUND FLOOR AND WHEN WE GOT THEIR THEY GAVE US A SECOND FLOOR ROOM. I ASKED THEM TWICE IF WE COULD CHANGE IT THEY SAID NO. THAT WAS VERY HARD ON US FOR 5 DAYS UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS.

Although staff was amazing! I booked this room based off the cleanliness I read from the reviews. I was traveling with my emotional support dog so I knew I would be receiving a pet friendly room so I was not expecting a lot! The room had no smell and was clean. I did though find dog poop in the room in two separate areas. So this was disappointing as I have a dog who is sensitive to everything, this also made feel uncomfortable with if the room was actually cleaned? Pool was small and dark, best for smaller children. Breakfast was okay. I booked using Expedia so although the Hotel was very accommodating and offered me a refund contacting Expedia to allow the refund has been a horrible experience. Overall making this one night experience a headache. I recommend booking through hotel and not a third party.

Location was between restaurants and movie theater…but otherwise I recommend you stay somewhere else…and I mean anywhere else

Desk clerk never said “hello”, “goodbye”, “thank you”, “enjoy your stay” or really any type of positive communication or conversation…to either us or any other guests checking in…also desk clerk asked for both of our Drivers Licenses and photo copied them right in front us which was a first time in my life…basically we were treated suspect during our entire overnight stay and I have never been this poorly at check in my entire life

Tv was in Spanish and took them 3-4 hours to fix it. Then too late Sink faucet had no aireator.
