The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful ; truly the best part of the stay. The bed was soft but comfortable and clean, which I appreciated.

The hotel feels old and only partially renovated, with furniture showing visible wear and deterioration. The hallway carpets also had noticeable stains. The air conditioning was extremely loud sometimes, which made it difficult to rest. The refrigerator was not working, and I only realized it when I went to grab the drink I had placed inside the night before (it was warm). It seemed to be either unplugged or simply broken. The water had an unpleasant odor that came and went. Noise at night was another major issue. Several guests arrived late to the second floor, keeping their door open and talking loudly. Even turning up the TV didn’t help block the noise. At one point, another guest yelled at them to be quiet. The noise eventually decreased but never completely stopped. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I would not stay at this hotel again despite its good location and outstanding staff.
