Nos encantó el servicio que dan en la zona de snack, todo muy rico y muy amables, sobre todo el chef que prepara una especialidad cada día, súper amable y deliciosa la comida. Excelente el servicio del barman de la barra de la alberca.

Habíamos reservado habitación con vista al mar y al llegar me dijeron que no tenían y nos dieron con vista parcial. Resultaba algo molesto el que dentro del hotel te estén ofreciendo cosas para venta (ejemplo: brochetas de camarón, tiempo compartido (muy insistentes), masajes y camas polinesias), siendo que el plan es todo incluido. Las áreas para fumar no tenían algo para hacer sombra.
