Viajé con una persona de 90 años . Al estar toda la parte de albercas y jardines en el mismo nivel , o plano , fue muy amigable el uso .

Lo único que no me gustó es que el hotel no me quiso facturar la estancia porque dependía de Booking , y al averiguar en booking , decíaN que era OBLIGACIÓN DEL HOTEL . No hubo nadie en booking que me resolviera .

La ubicación del hotel está excelente. La comida es buena (el buffet es promedio, pero los restaurantes de carta estan espectaculares). El area de playa y alberca esta muy agusto. El personal es extremadamente amable.

Le falta ya bastante mantenimiento, se siente viejo el hotel, en mi habitacion el detector de humo estaba cubierto de cinta plateada, la cortina de la regadera estaba agarrada con cinchos de plastico y se estaba cayendo el toallero, el cancel de la terraza pesaba muchisimo y no se podia abrir facilmente. El personal muy amable pero se nota que no es suficiente, el servicio en los restaurantes y en el area de alberca/playa estaba lentisimo.

The mole and tacos great place the food was really good. Some of the staff were really friendly!!

More información about the place it was our fist time there and they didn’t explain how things worked.They didn’t offer drinks I had to ask for them when I was checking in.
