Nothing honestly

The only thing I like was the morning clerk.

Well first they had me pay a 100 $ deposit or no room. Then after unpacking found out TV didn't work. So I called the desk, got told I was the second person that complained about it. So they put me in a down room, knowing it didn't have a TV. Would change it to another or bring up a TV telling there's on rooms or maintenence. Very rudely. Ask to speak to manager was told had to wait till morning. The I had a cockroch crawling on the ceiling above the bed. What a fine night. Morning I went to see the manager, was told wouldn't be in till Monday, and they weren't sold out of rooms. And the have TV. So there's supposed to serve breakfast didn't even have coffee. So they have the money I paid for the room and the 100 deposit they insist I had to pay. For a bug infested room. On third floor after I ask for a ground floor do to my bad back. The place is not a place I'd recommend to anybody.

Had one hiccup when we first arrived. No worries, it was taken care of right away. Let me start by saying the room was nice for the price. Our bed was somewhat comfortable…but of course me being picky, I asked for a firmer mattress which was granted that the very next day which turned out to be great. The lobby has breakfast items, nothing super fancy, oatmeal, cereal bars, and muffins. Hubby loves the coffee and I love the muffins. The location is great and safe. As our first time at an Extended Stay America location, I must mention this… Ashley, Lissette, Jesse, Tisha, Charnell, and Pedro made it feel ALMOST like home! Their hospitality was definitely off the charts.

That the laundry was 9$’s per load.

The staff at ESA are all top notch, and go out of their way to make your stay better. Very pleasant. A perfect 10 would go to them.👍 The hotel rooms are very comfortable and homey.😀 I would recommend the hotel to everyone. Thank you, Dawn
