Good Location. Staff was very Friendly and efficient.

Saw 2 Cockroaches, grossed me out. The most uncomfortable bed. Ended up leaving much earlier than planned, was just grossed out.

Check in took over 20 minutes as the gal kept waiting on others that had already checked in and having issues etc - she said she would give me a nice discount due to the long wait - but she did not. that was yet another disappointment. When I checked out the next morning, I asked for a receipt - the printer was not working so the guy asked if an email would be fine - which I said yes and within 10 seconds I received an email with an attachment... but later when I opened it - it was just basically a summary of the reservation and how I paid - BUT NO DETAIL OF THE COST AT ALL!! That is not a receipt! I would like my "nice discount" applied to me credit card, and a copy of the costs sent to me please.

They keep your deposit and don’t give it back for one time and then it’s not the full amount and with no explanation as to why

Great location, easy to find

Management and staff needs some basic education and customer service training to accommodate non-heteronormative travelers. Communications overheard between cleaning crew and management staff were derogatory and inappropriate. Safety being paramount, my stay was shortened due in part to their bias and discomfort.

Keep up the fabulous jobs your staff are doing. Highly recommended to everybody.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍
