It was very comfortable and hassle free

No food in breakfast Coffee was cold

The service was excellent. Staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was not so great,it had a terrible musk smell and hint of cat urine. Definitely was not cleaned like it should have been either. This place would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.

Great Place to stay, but the noise is a way out of line, also the water heater very hard to come by when showering. Excellent workers, and Excellent late check out request granted.

I stayed at the Residence Inn during Xmas 2019, visiting from Baton Rouge, with my family that includes a 2 yr old and a dog. The hotel had already arranged a crib and checkin was smooth, room was next to the exit on first floor so was easy to take doggy walks! Ramsha, the front desk clerk was friendly and courteous, and helpfully fixed an error on my invoice. Breakfast was good, they had fresh warm waffles! Good value for money suites, with full kitchen.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Also multiple restaurants and shopping areas very nearby.

Front desk helped me a great deal based and the stay was awesome.

When we first got there the refrigerator Had a horrible smell. A hour later a biiiig cocoa roach come running from under the fridge and ran back under so I had to wait to kill it. The room had a funny small as well .

Staff was always courteous. Each employee, no matter their position greeted us.
