We stayed here 2 nights . I walked out to my car with a few bags , the gentlemen at the front desk said “have a great day” no later than 10 min I walked back in , grabbed a coffee , and he asked “ are you staying here in a very condescending tone “ I said yes and held up my key and informed him I had just walked out 5 min ago: no apology or anything . Made me feel like I needed to prove to him I was a guest was disappointment , and lack of attention to the guests of the hotel . As someone who is the first person you see when you walk in the hotel , I would strongly consider training the front desk to be friendly and attentive to guests .

Service is top tier bubbly and energetic from the early morning to late afternoon!! Travis is a rockstar of the hotel not only with me but to every guest plus his staff loved it!! It's rare that you find service like that, especially In that industry. He gets the job done! My room was clean and fresh and the bed oh oh-so comfortable! There's no such thing as a perfect hotel yes it does need some touches but the service is what I will be looking for and They especially Travis provided that! The gym/pool is standard however if they can just clean the grill it would be a good thing for my steaks lol!! Perfect location near all the restaurants and entertainment! Highly recommend!! My new home from home check it out for yourself because I read the reviews and its a hit and miss if you don't check it out for yourself!

"Run !!! Do no book!!!!"

This is one of the worst hotels I stayed at. I was suppose to stay for 7 months but I only stayed for 30 days which was too long. First I want to say the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and the assistant manager is very personable. I was greeted by roaches in the hallway. I moved my room due to noise and it was worst. Bathtub was stopped up and ants were throughout the carpet. The rooms are very old and carpets stained. Moved my room again only to get bug bites and more roaches. The housekeeper emailed me it was a rare occurrence. But based on reviews I don’t think so.

How is this a Marriott branded hotel, check your ratings, this hotel is in desperate need of cleaning, extermination, a complete over haul, if inspected I would be surprised if it wouldn’t be shut down it’s just that bad! Tried reaching out to the general manager, she responded but no follow through.

Location is good.Easy to access, with proximity to malls, shopping and grocery stores. Facility is in good state. Rooms are adequately sized and equipped to meet the basic needs of a family (for a temporary stay) Stationary supplies were consistent and adequate for my family's need

Thanks for the complimentary breakfast.l liked the fruits offered alongside.However, seriously consider improving the variety of what is offered Some hotels/extended homes provide a list or menu from which you may select what you want to have for breakfast. Boiled eggs were served cold While some guests may prefer the eggs served cold in this manner, others may prefer to have it served hot. Cleaning needs yo be seriously improved in a number of ways. First the cleaners require you to be out of the room to clean, even if you request that it's OK for them to proceed with cleaning.l understand that this is Marriots policy for security reasons. What l don't understand is prioritising the security of the cleaning staff over the comfort of guests. If you choose to maintain this policy, then l suggest that you also consider ways to ensure your guest are not inconvenienced by it. You may consider asking guest what time they would prefer to have their rooms cleaned. Besides, if it is your policy to not provide cleaning utensils to be used by the guest, then perhaps consider increasing the frequency of cleaning, especially for guest with little children who frequently create a mess. Meanwhile the cleaners hardly do clean, and when they do clean you cannot see evidence of a proper job done. Bath tubs still remain dirty, floor rugs not swept or vacuum cleaned etc. This is by far the lowest point for l and my family.
