The room I reserved was supposed to be non smoking 2 double beds with a complementary roll out bed but upon checkin in they told me that the roll out bed is extra cost. After checking in we saw that the room had centipedes, roaches, bed bugs, uncomfortable beds, cigarette burns in the sheets, and terrible staff!!!

front desk i called twice about a family member that was staying there they where rude and second time she hung up on me before i could get an answer
