"Please fix sink"

Everything was fine except for the sink. Only the hot water would turn on (at full pressure) and it would become boiling hot after about 3 seconds.

Bookings booked us into Henderson instead of Hendersonville is the one that I was supposed to be staying at when we got to Hendersonville there was no quality Inn and we tried to call many times to booking and they would not help us in anyway very disappointed

This was definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve experienced in my entire life. It was a disaster and super overpriced for this place. It should be shut down I was bit up. I see burn marks everywhere I couldn’t go to sleep too easily I seen bugs. I seen the manager when I went to check in have a chain on the door to lock himself in because he was in fear of people getting in to do a robbery. This hotel should be banned from Expedia or any other forum at all. I would like a full refund and compensation for the hell at this place, and the force advertisement of stars.
