Breakfast included but there was no breakfast on day 1 of our stay. No housekeeping person on site and bed was not clean on the day of check in.

When we arrived in our room, we found dirty towels, which I had to go to the reception to exchange. The next morning at breakfast, we waited about 15 minutes for the bread to be restocked. Later that morning, the toilet in our room got clogged. When I went to report the issue, I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the reception. I also tried calling, but no one answered. These issues significantly disrupted our stay, and I clearly communicated this at the reception. A staff member there promised me 50% compensation, which I accepted. However, I have not received any compensation. He just lied. Terrible experience.
