The Best Inn & Suites

Very clean room. No musty aroma. Towels were very old and had little absorbency.

I had problems getting into the room the first day the lock was not working at the change, the batteries and then the next day when I went out and came back it didn’t open again so they had to come and do something and then finally they had somebody to come out and fix it and The lock worked fine key card and then also it was a storm. The fire alarm kept going off. other than that, it was OK.

Nice enough neighborhood, near where I was trying to go.

Whole room had a thin layer of what can only be described as moisture everywhere, no blankets on bed, just a sheet, TV didn't work, toilet seat was loose, fire alarm malfunctioned at 4am and kept me up all night, door got stuck and screeched at high volume when it finally opened.

The sheets on both beds were dirty and hair was all over them. Bathroom had mold in the ceiling. Upon the entering in the room, it was moist and damp. The remote control was sticky. The refrigerator was gross. This property needs a deep cleaning.

This was the most disgusting hotel stay. Brown liquid poured out of the pull out couch when we opened it and the owner refused to give us a refund when we left.

I was in town recently with my family visiting family and I have no complaints other than the breakfast selection was horrible but that wasn't really a big deal for us because we went out to eat. The hotel was in a convenient location plenty stores and food places near by, we had two rooms 208 and 210 both served there purpose they were clean and we slept with no problems, had a microwave and refrigerator. When in town would stay there again

The mattress was bloody and the bathroom was moldy. I was terrified of bedbugs the whole time.
