There were cockroaches and when we told the staff they argued that they were a different bug. They were roaches. We were then told we would get a full refund since we would not be staying any additional night (we had no choice that night unfortunately) and they ended up charging the cards again months later.

I was driving from ohio so i booked beforehand and i arrived around 5 o’clock in the morning nobody was in the lobby and after 15 mins old guy show up preparing for breakfast and he barely checked me in and key was not working and came back and ask for new key and he said he was trying before and couldn’t open the door for other customers and he said hotel is fully booked and i ask him then why u didnt keep a room for me if u know the room cannot be oppened and he said he will try with master key and coulnt open again now i have to wait untill 3 pm for next day reservation and end up sleeping in my car i am really frustrated and they said they cant do anything very bad management and very bad place
