The complimentary breakfast every morning was great!

The bed wasn’t as soft as I prefer.

Absolutely horrible experience. I arrived and the TV didn’t work. Called down to the front desk and the person didn’t seem to care. Said the TV’s are known to have issues but no plan to fix. Finally moved to a new room the next day. There was a huge snowstorm the 3rd day of my stay. Parking lot wasn’t plowed at all and you were lugging your bags through non shoveled walkways. This hotel is bad and I would not recommend. Plenty of better options out there.

Large, clean, and comfortable rooms - perfect for a family. Large indoor pool. Close to many food and shopping options. Great self-serve breakfast.

was charged 234.47 when I already prepaid online. I have stayed at Hyatt schaumburg so many times and I have never been treated with such hate. I was being looked at and treated like shit! I am homeless! Booking has even tried talking to your staff and they were even rude with the booking agent. I’m going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and federal trade commission. I’m also going to write a letter to the Illinois attorney general because I believe fraudulent business practices are a major factor. I am seriously considering consulting a lawyer regarding billing fraud, Illinois consumer fraud and deceptive practices act. I was already charged prior to arriving and booking confirmed I was not suppose to be charged when I arrived to Hyatt Hoffman estates. Booking agent even admitted your staff slipped up and admitted and acknowledged that they were seeing the booking that I prepaid and they were still hesitant on giving a refund. So did I just get robbed by your staff and plus I was treated with a lot of hate and rude manners. Full blown discrimination. Why would anyone become confrontational with a customer. Why would you guys look at me really hard with hate. You guys really hate Hispanic Latinos? I am going to the news station with this as well because I was taken advantage of especially due to my situation of being homeless. I would really appreciate a response back as I am really looking to resolve this as promptly as possible. I will be seeking legal help for all of this. My check in date is 10/30/2025 and check out at 10/31/2025. I am at the Hyatt Hoffman estates location.

My family of five arrived Monday evening and the associate Anna was very accommodating. My daughters requested a room on the top floor and she kindly obliged. There was hot apple cider available as soon as you walked in and they even had cinnamon sticks for you to add. We got a room with a king size bed and a sleeper couch, which was perfect for us. The room was clean and I loved that the sink was separated from the toilet/shower. There is a wet bar and a mini fridge (no freezer). The TV is centered so that whether you are in the bed or on the couch it is still clearly visible. They have a pool that has adaptive heating and my children really enjoyed that. The pool is open from 9-9 and there are plenty of towels provided in the pool area to dry off. There is no hot tub, but they do offer rooms with whirlpool tubs. There are brand new washer and dryers on site (they are not hooked up yet) that are coin operated. They have a buffet style breakfast with food that is actually cooked and kept warm or cool depending on the food type. I got to enjoy fresh cut pineapple, cantaloupe, bananas, and apples (there was even more to choose from). Variety of cereals, bread, bagels, English muffins, fried or hard boiled eggs, bacon, plenty of juices and milks to choose from. The morning staff was just as delightful and welcoming. Miss Vonetta made sure we had everything we needed all while treating my children with such genuine kindness. The hotel is great, but the staff are who make it worth coming back to.

Friendly staff and clean facilities , beds were comfortable. Room was spacious for family of 5!

Nothing everything was great

Conveniently located, great staff, comfortable rooms with thoughtful fixtures. When we drive to visit family we like to break up the roadtrip and will stay here again.

Great hotel to stay at in the chicago area with a larger family since rooms have a 6 person occupancy and it's right off of a major highway leading into chicago. Free breakfast is great and they have a well kept pool.

The hotel is super nice and clean and Fatima was such a big help! Awesome all around. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends
