Good selection for breakfast. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants.

I reserved a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. My mom is in a wheelchair. When I arrived I was given a regular room. The hotel staff quickly found us a handicapped room. Although, it did not have a roll in shower, the associate did everything to accommodate our needs and correct the mistake.

"Sleepover"

This is our 5th year staying at the Hyatt in Hoffman and every year they don’t disappoint. We come yearly for my daughter’s annual sleepover with friends and they’re always 100% accommodating. Veletta was super friendly as soon as we came to the front desk was helpful across the board with any requests we had.

"It's all about the guests here"

The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was large and comfy.The breakfast had a good variety and I was impressed they had almond milk for cereal. The location was close to everything so very convenient. All of the boxes were checked here.

Minor thing, no can liner in trash cans when we got to the room and the shower took a minute to warm up.

My family always has an excellent stay at the Hyatt here in Hoffman Estates! We always feel very safe and all of the staff is very hospitable. Especially Vonetta, who works the front desk with a welcoming smile and an uplifting attitude!!
