Low water pressure in shower but temperature was perfect. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The place was up to date, super clean and safe. The staff seemed to care & made sure check in was smooth..

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast less than desirable (don't like fixing my own breakfast when on vacation). No drinks available for breakfast. Bed mattress was very broke down on one side.

Gentleman at the desk was very courteous and helpful. He made me feel confident in my stay.

I selected this proderty for two reasons, smoking rooms and availability. The only plus was relatively quite after dark. Negatives were numerous: - Room was in disrepair - broken vanity apron, missing lighbulbs, sink in bathroom wouldn't drain, holes in wall, amateurish drywall patches never sanded or painted, main door doesn't seal because of wear or abuse, toilet seat falling off, bad picture on TV on the few channels that weren't just snow . - Dirty - floor carpert squares filthy - with stains and ground in dirt - in addition to the holes burnt into the floor, dirty tub and shower, hair in sink, old bandage on bathroom floor, spills and dirt on bedside table and desk in corner. Burn marks everywhere - Floor in a dozen places, all the furniture, vanity, tub, both beadspreads -- Mayby invest in some cheap ashtrays so people don't burn up the room? Mediocre breakfast - Advertised breakfast - but the offering was insulting - broken juice dispenser, crusty waffle iron w/ unrefrigerated batter, dried out bread for toast, hard bagles. No hot anything except questionable waffles. I expected the stale smoke odder in a smoking room. I expected a rather sparsely furnished room for the price. I did not expect the filth and disrepair. The owners don't seem to care about the place at all.

A bunch of out of town workers throwing their beer bottles in the parking lot. I brought this up to the manager and all he said he’s aware that they are causing problems. But obviously they don’t care.

There was a roach on my pillow when I came in I would like a total refund

Lack of cleanliness. Building not secure - public access to room doors. Air conditioning did not work. Noisy toilet.

Not the best and the room had bugs and a bad smell the covers and pillow cases were dingy
