Location

At check in was not told where to find room or elevator. Was not told where to find snack area and that ice machine on my floor was out of order also no sign on ice machine saying it was not working!!

Room was great other then TV was broke and we didn't know so during the stay it fell and we had to switch rooms

After leaving I was charged $75 then another $50 and another $150 and still not sure why not to mention when I got there they literally tried to charge me a while $260 for the stay

"It was good, met our expectations, stopover between travel days."

Breakfast was very good! Better than expected.

TV had to be reset, no sleep timer option, no on screen guide. Shower water pressure not great.
