Convenient to the Greek Consulate. Requested an acccessable room and didn"t get one, water in the tub would not turn off, elevator made loude squeeling sound as the door opened and closed and banged up against the stop when it closed, Outside access from the pool area was out of order, AC maintenance was being performed and resulted in a bad smell at the end of the hall, breakfast was adeqauate but sparce, paint was pealing off the bottom of the bathroom door, hotel needs a fresh remodle.

The owners and the housekeepers and all the people working there are really good people

Checked in late night. In morning noticed black mold on the curtains above the AC unit. Checking out I informed the desk agent who gave excuse they had plans for renovations in future. As if they wont address the issue until then.

My stay was exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. The front desk functioned efficiently; all staff members, from morning to day to night personnel, exhibited remarkable friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Both check-in and check-out processes were remarkably smooth. We would certainly stay again.

No tv ,no extra pillow ,ac not cooling

Given different room than shown in pictures. Told room i booked ( king suite with jacuzzi) was “broken”. Called days in advance to make sure early check in was ok - assured it was no problem at all. At check in the staff was livid that another staff noted it was ok. Berated me and made me wait close to an hour while she helped other guests and complained about “ I have things to do and this is the 9th early check in I’ve had to do!”. I kindly told her i understand her frustration but i am also frustrated driving 4 hours to be berated, and having to take the wrong room due to lack of time to change it. I told her she should bring the problem to her managers attention, not a guests. She seemed to be having a bad day, and was set up for failure apparently but i will never book through trip advisor again. The room was disgusting!

It looks old, dirty. The bathroom was nasty.

Key card didn’t work good at all . Get all the way to 3rd floor and had to come back down several times . Also water wasn’t hot at all !

Immediately upon arrival I saw a lady of the evening working in front of the hotel. I went into the hotel to be hit with the very heavy smell of skunk weed filling the lobby to find no front desk attendant! This property made me feel very unsafe therefore I refused to stay at that location! The possibility of being trafficked was very heavy on my mind! There should be a disclaimer when booking this property warning of the terrible neighborhood and dangerous conditions!
