Staff was Excellent!!! We stay at this Hamilton every time we come to Melbourne and each time it’s better. Glad we have a home away from home. Thank you for all your attention.

Night shift front desk personnel, Noe, was phenomenal, professional and extremely helpful. Room was clean, convenient and comfortable, except for 2 of 3 soap dispensers in tub/shower being empty. The breakfast selection and quality was NOT up to par vs. what I've come to expect from Hampton Inn.

The lady in the dining area during breakfast was rude and seemed to be more concerned about cleaning up after every guest rather than providing good customer service. She berated each member of my party for separate incidents for minor issues such as a spill at the waffle station (which is normal)

I accidentally double booked and they were so helpful to cancel the reservation and make sure that I wasn't billed twice very good service enjoyed the hotel the people were very kind The front desk was fabulous
