Every thing in the room from sockets to the toilet and bedding, light bulbs /fixtures, etc. were cracked or broken and didn’t work. The pool was closed for the majority of one of the days that I was there. Even the lobby had leaking water from the air conditioner.

I didn't get to stay this time.

When I arrived, I was informed by the incompetent manager on duty that I was going to have to pay $100 over what the booking price was. Between that, and the rudeness of the desk clerk, I will not be staying in this facility again!
