Bald Hills Motel

I flew to Brisbane to help my daughter pack her house and move, we were both tired and hungry so decided to stay here before driving to NSW the following morning. Only picked this because it was close by. What a great choice, very clean, one of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in at a motel Foxtel with all channels except movies. Real milk for our morning coffee, not the UHT that you usually get and nice arnotts biscuits, not home brand. Bathroom was very clean even though renovations are going on, it was a really great shower ( just what we needed after a day of packing and cleaning) and lovely fluffy towels. Chris the owner was very welcoming and suggested a great pub for dinner and you get a 20% discount if you show your room key, only 5 mins up the road. All up Bald Hills Motel is very highly recommended. Thanks Chris, will stay again if up your way.

Went to Brisbane for a concert. The things that impressed us were the owner offering to drive us & other clients to the concert. We got back from the concert at 1am and my daughter called the owner to come to our room to turn the Foxtel on,. He did it with a smile. Very happy customers! Very clean and neat, Definitely recommend it!

I have stayed in more luxurious accommodation but I have never been treated as well as I was here. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and TV. I was travelling alone without a car and the manager Chris went out of his way to make sure that I got where ever I wanted to be, whether that was the railway station, the airport or visiting a friend. It was certainly, as stated, a home from home. Having just arrived in Australia from the UK I could not have received a better welcome. Thank you Chris, your thoughtfulness was very much appreciated.

My husband and I arrived late in the evening and hungry. We were without a car as we had travelled to Bald Hills to buy a car the following day and had no idea where to get a meal. Chris, the owner, interrupted his down time to drive us to find somewhere still open and waited while we got some food. He then drove us to where we were buying our car the next morning. Chris has created a home away from home for travellers and holiday makers alike with his helpfulness and home cooked breakfast personally delivered to your room. Rooms are spotless even though gradually being renovated. New furnishings and decor are very nice. Thank you Chris! You turned what could have been a nightmare of a trip into something way more relaxed. We will see you next time.

After staying in some very well known serviced apartments then a few 3-5 star motels. All of which i had no complaints.. I, to my surprise! have been "MOST" impressed with. "THE BALD HILLS MOTEL" The best sleep yet..! although it is not 5star it is by far the most comfortable bed i have slept in where paid accomodation is concerned. Clean and Comfortable to say the least.(whilst in midst renovations) Foxtel with "ALL CHANNELS" not 4!! Which was a definate pleaser for my 7year old!! An Undoubtedly relaxed and welcomed atmosphere created by Manager Chris Gladstone,He has certainly achieved- as he expresses in his good bye note. YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. . i love my stays in modern upperclass apartments. -HOW EVER i cant say one of them felt like my home away from home! ATMOSPHERE COMFORTABILITY AND CLEANLINESS Thank you Chris hats off to you.. cant wait to see the finished product.

This is a 3 star motel located in Bald Hills, Qld and we found the rooms to be clean, tidy and quite comfortable. The rooms are currently undergoing renovations but these did not cause any inconvenience. We stayed here first on 17 June 2015 and then did not hesitate to book for our next stay on 21 and 22 June 2015 (we also booked 3 other rooms for some relatives from interstate and western Qld.) The host Chris is very friendly. We will consider staying here again when the need arises.

Motel is exactly what it claims to be , a cheap motel. Room was clean. Nothing flash. Its old sure and the bathroom dodgy but i feel the owners do the best with what they have. Service was great and served the purpose of a place to sleep for a cheap price
