Great hotel,like always,im SPG member and they try to make all what they can for me

Location is convenient. Right next to subway and the Mix Mall.

Breakfast had wide range of selection, but room of improvement for some food's quality. I lived on non-smoking floor, on the last day of my stay, started from 7pm to 4am, my room was full of cigarette smell, and I couldn't sleep well that night. There was no smell from the corridor and the smell was coming out from the air-conditioning. Didn't know if this was ventilation problem or someone smoke on my floor. I complained to the reception desk and they apologised sincerely and gave me a little gift.

Amazing hotel. Highly recommend staying here in Qingdao. Stay in the valley wing. Staff was great.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and checked in late around almost 5pm but the rooms are not ready thus was given one free upgrade while waiting for the 2nd room to be ready. Room cleaning service is terrible! You need to call them daily to come clean your room and one of the room at level 6, toliet rolls are not even replace when it's finished and thrash are not empty. It's a 5 star hotel in furnishing but service quality is even lower than a 4 stars standard in other smaller china cities.

It’s a decent but a very dated looking hotel. Location is great and internet speed is super fast.

Nicest hotel in Qingdao, I was told this by many of the locals, I highly recommend if your headed to Qingdao. Everything was 1st class.

Don't expect much...china five star standard is equivalent to 3 star standard here in USA. Everything was average...nothing is wow wow. But also reflected in the price of the room. You get what you pay for. Location is excellent, food is average, service is average.
