"Short stay for concert"

It was a good stay. We were in Charlotte for a concert for one night. We didn’t check beforehand but were surprised there was no continental breakfast. We went to The Flying Bisquit for brunch which I highly recommend! The hotel was clean and we had everything we needed. I thought the shower floor was a little too slippery for seniors with achy joints (me) but other than that, everything was fine.

The security improvements for the back parking are great. I feel much safer when returning to the hotel after dark plus the ability to enter through the back entrance rather than walking around was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Monitoring the front parking lot for those parking in the fire lane would be nice. Because people are not parking correctly makes it more tough to navigate the lot.
