Great inexpensive hotel option in Charlotte, NC.

Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable

No breakfast, had to pay if you wanted breakfast

Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly but were not very clear about whether breakfast was included or not.

I didn't like the parking. The front parking isn't sufficient to accommodate multiple checkins. Then you need a key to get to the rear parking. Once you have the key it's much easier but the rear parking isn't set up very easy either.

Very convenient and great if you need to overnight at the airport. The hotel has a shuttle that arrived promptly and starts airport trips early in the AM. Reception was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable roomy and clean. We have had multiple stays here and has always been good!

The front desk staff are the rudest I have ever experienced during checking in. I think they were angry because they had to actually work while they were there. Flights were late. Unfortunately American Airlines had us stay there. Horrible. Again I can’t express enough how team nasty was behind the desk.Marriott don’t hire people that make your customers want to leave and American Airlines don’t send your platinum advantage members to such a below average hotel.

Do not rely on their airport shuttle - get ready to pay $40 for a cab ride. Their shuttle service is totally inadequate. Customers were having to wait over 40 minutes and came to heated arguments fighting over seats on the shuttle bus. What a disaster.
