Amazing experience from start to finish! The ambiance was cozy and stylish, perfect for both dining and drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—special thanks to Ms. Eljene for suggesting a cocktail that I absolutely loved the penicillin at the bar. The food was delicious, well‑presented, and full of flavor. Great service, great food, and great vibes. Highly recommended and definitely coming back

She was super friendly and welcoming from the start, and she made us feel really comfortable. She was attentive without being overbearing, and she made sure we had everything we needed. It honestly made the whole experience even better. It’s always a big plus when someone serves you with a genuine smile, and Eljene definitely did. Because of her, I’d happily come back again. We had such a fantastic experience at Manila Bay Kitchen inside Sheraton Manila Bay! The food selection was excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, making the entire dining experience truly enjoyable. What made our visit extra special was the outstanding service. Christine were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout our meal. They made sure we were comfortable, checked on us regularly, and assisted us with genuine smiles. Her hospitality truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. Because of her, and the team our experience was even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Manila Bay Kitchen to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service in Manila. Thank you, Christine, for the wonderful service! 🌟

The Sheraton Manilla Bay is a fabulous place to stay...I spent one week there in November of last year,2025 and it did not disappoint.My room was large and clean and was serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent.Breakfast each morning was something I looked forward to and included a wide range of food both local and international.I dined also at the cafe on several occasions and this was a relaxing place to sit and have coffee....The staff at the hotel really made my stay so enjoyable..I want to mention Anthony,James,Castro,Quirino and Raymond at the front door....E.J.,Guia,Meliza,Vernon and Robert at the cafe....Marie,Ralph,Leen,Cliffford,CK,Nicole,Darren and Carla at reception...Princess and Vella who did such a fine job servicing my room every day...and Maxine at breakfast....A special mention again of Carla who was so helpful to me when I wanted a bus ticket to Baguio,my next destination....This hotel is top class...Top marks to the manager but also to the fabulous team I met while I was there....10 out of 10.
