Sheraton Manila Bay

Several features stood out for me as excellent: the pool and hot tub; the Matrix weight machines in the Fitness Center; and the breakfast buffet. All staff members were very helpful, particularly Clifford at the front desk, and Erwin who remembered the transportation order I had placed the day before.

Very nice crew and atmosphere, music is good and low enough that you can talk properly and still enjoy the sounds. Food is spectacular as well! Served well by Lee, Karlley, and Ejay 💖

Had a lovely time at Sheraton Manila Bay for our family coffee date. Our servers, Ejay, Lee, Karlley and the rest of the team delivered warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was great too. Best if you want a chill, lowkey evening with friends and family. Will be back soon!

Le personnel qui ne vérifie pas les données comptables, qui sur facture (j’ai payé plus que le prix annoncé puisqu’ils bloquent un montant supplémentaire sur ma carte en cas de frais annexes que je n’ai pas générés, mais qu’ils n’ont jamais débloqué le montant après payement final au moment du Check out et en me faisant faire un nouveau payement qui n’est pas en relation avec le montant bloqué sur ma carte, une erreur du clerc sans doute). Et enfin le personnel qui ne répond pas à mes e-mails pour tenter de débloquer la situation.

Sheraton Manila Bay is excellent. The staff was very accommodating, the food is good, especially the location. 3 minutes walk to Robinson's place Manila where you can do all your shopping.
