The staff was incredibly helpful. The food was really good. And we had fun on the different tours and activities.

Very friendly! Dining options were extremely limited.

Loved our stay. Shuttle into town is very convenient. Not a big problem but there was a poor dog left in an adjacent room pretty much all day. He barked a lot. Breakfast was very good and they had an omelette station. Fresh made! Staff was excellent and very friendly. When we come back (and we will, Eureka Springs is a nice getaway for us). We will most likely stay again.

Haunted hotel. We did the ghost tour. Ollie was terrific and kept things interesting. Lots of history. We had an unexplained experience in our room. Very cool. Nothing harmful, but we saw a ghostly face in the mirror.

Very Historic and Charming.

The Crescent always has been one of our favorite properties anywhere. The building itself is, of course, legendary. The service is legendary as well! From wine tastings, to ghost tours, to just hanging out at the pool, it’s our go to spot for a few days away!!

This stay was definitely unique, but I agree the hotel needs some upkeep. We also didn't have any water readily available to grab, we had to buy some in the vending areas. Our last night there, we had someone above us stomping and jumping from like 11pm-2am shaking out chandelier, so my husband, I, and our toddler did not get any sleep and were to drive 10 hours that day. Even though we found these things trying, the activities outside on their property were definitely fun (swings, giant chess, bocci ball, shuffle board), but those things need some upkeep as well as it is off season right now. Overall an ok stay, but probably wouldn't stay again in the future.
