The Crescent Hotel and Spa

Stayed here during Valentine's and it was lovely. Staff was great, food was good, room was cozy. Admittedly, the price is a bit steep, but given it is an historic location that is well maintained, it is worth it. If you are looking for excitement and trill, this may not be the best place, but if you are seeking beauty, relaxation, comfort and tranquility, this is the place to go.

Classic old hotel in a terrific location. Sure, it's a little creaky, maybe a little leaky, but age has that effect on all of us. I walked up and down Howell St. and Crystal Terrace to visit the restaurants on Spring St., which is a great way to see the neighborhood and to work off the calories. And I always appreciated the resident feline management team that would greet me on my return. I paid a premium for a room with a balcony, and I don't regret it.

The Cresent Hotel was beautiful! My teen grandchildren and myself stayed two nights and had a great time. We went on the ghost tours and also did an investigation while we were there. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Eureka Springs has always been a favorite of mine and now it is a favorite of my grandkids. We hope to come back soon.

Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties. Maybe because I shared I was from another country, not sure I still left more a little more tips on top of what he added. Our server Erin for breakfast was awesome, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I hope this is helpful; this is my third time in this hotel and I always have a good time.
