"Very Disappointed – Unclean and Poor Service"

Nothing at all.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The carpets in the room were visibly dirty, the room had a bad odor, and the bed cover didn’t look or feel clean at all. When I raised my concerns with room service, the response I got was extremely unhelpful – they literally said, "What can we do?" instead of offering any solution or apology.

Couple miles from the park the room smelled of dirty stinky feet please clean your carpets! Very hot the air hardly worked husband had to sleep in the car.

Dirty carpet room was too hot air wouldn’t work.
