Sleep Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dells - Lake Delton

The staff was kind and accomodating. The rooms need some upkeep.

Clean room

The receptionist told my husband they did not have the king bed room we had reserved. When I arrived and said we would not be happy with another room, they finally gave us one. The door to the bathroom was locked and we had to open it with a credit card, and each time the door closed we had to do the same again as the lock was faulty, so we couldn't close the bathroom door during our stay, even from the inside.

Breakfast ends early, at 9, but they were able to accommodate us. Although they weren't really keeping up with the maintenance. Overall, it was a good stay.

Refrigerator was loud could not use. Hot tub was dirty gross.

Rooms were very clean. A good size and the beds were comfortable. The pool was huge! The hot tub was nice. Location was excellent. We were very close to everything we wanted to do!

Great staff always willing to help and courteous

Very basic motel. Shower and bathroom floor could have used a good scrubbing. Very limited TV stations. Thin walls and big gap under door - loud. Computer for general use in the lobby broken. Very thin towels and no soap or ledge for products in the shower. Breakfast was fine other than the fruit (apples that looked like the bottom of the barrel). Whoever "updated" this property didn't believe in finishing...OK stay and convenient, but wouldn't stay there again.

Excellent staff and clean rooms

The hallways had a smell, there was black mold in shower & air conditioner plus toilet seat was broke.
