Sleep Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dells - Lake Delton

This property was renovated last year and it is obvious because it is all new and clean. I was happy with the facility, but I was unhappy about all the noise. I could easily hear the people on each side of me as well as the extreme noise from the lobby around midnight. I go to bed late, so it really didn’t bother me, but at midnight I’d expect quiet. In the morning, I spoke on the phone with the person at the front desk. We had a difficult time communicating because of language differences. He didn’t understand me, and I didn’t understand him which caused some confusion but in the end, it is all good.

Lots of food options in the area. Over all the place was good, but even with the renovations, it still left some musty smell in the room.

booked 3 rooms and did pay at property trying to split it 3 ways and ended up getting all 3 charged my card, they did send through a refund but my trip is over and I’m still waiting to receive the refund, otherwise it was a nice hotel with a nice staff and a good free breakfast and I would stay again if the money situation didn’t happen.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

It’s a quiet facility close to lots of amenities. I will book again.

The property waa clean, beds were very comfortable and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was basic but no complaints it was good and great coffee. Pool waa.nice. The only complaint is the humidity in the room was horrible. It made the floors, bed and everything else feel damp. We were able to open window and that helped some when the temp.cooled down. Would stay there again.

Was looking for a hotel for a quick stop over in the Dells area. This hotel was close enough, without being in the action. Hotel is in its own area, so it was quiet and there was plenty of parking out front. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was typical. Would stay again.

Ideal for business trip to break up travel. Clean and near many food options.
