Best Western Childress West Hotel

Nice location, very clean

The pool was closed. It was not listed when I rented that it was closed. I thought that was why it was more expensive than other around the area because of that feature.

Easy access from the road.

The bad road noise. Heard every truck and vehicle that drove by.

The people managing the desk were polite and attentive. I liked the price.

Trouble getting in the outside door with room key. The hallways were not clean at all. The room was better.

Older property that needs updating but comfortable.

Just needed updating. Bedding and towels were old.

The rooms were spacious. It was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast had a good variety of.y of hot and cold choices.

The staff were really great and it was clean and of a good standard.

The noise of the road in the room we had was as if there was NO window ! There was a window but you could hear the traffic as if you were sat at the side of the road. A shame really because in the reception where breakfast was available (which was good) you could hardly hear the traffic. Change the bedroom windows!!

The staff were so nice. Room was very good except only a couple little things

Pillows were too worn/flat. Shower without doors leaked pretty bad on floor…know its design, but nit great.
