"Not pleasant at all!"

Hotel room was right next to the highway and the noise level was high with 18 wheelers passing through constantly. Switched rooms at 2:45 am. Still the same noise level and smelt of cigarette smoke. Will not stay there again.

"Absolute rip off."

Good location

Paid over $600 for 2 nights and it was similar to other $79/night hotels we’ve stayed at this trip. Shower had hair in it, back of bathroom door paint was chipping and it was dirty. Yogurt expired in the breakfast room and towels were hard and stained…far from white.

"Absolutely miserable"

Nice room, check in staff very nice, friendly and helpful

No hot water at all. After traveling all day could not take a shower in the evening or morning - simply miserable. No room in the bathroom to put your toiletries. Room next to the highway - counted 18 wheelers all night long - not a good nights rest. Saw a mouse in the kitchen area - reported it; not convinced anything happened. Going to report to city health department and state health department. Check out clerk had personality of a rock - gruff, abrupt and short, snappy answers. Absolutely no customer service skills!! Will not stay here again. Very disappointed. I fully expect to have a portion of my bill refunded!

I had a very sore foot which made walking difficult. The front desk worker helped me to my room, she went and retrieved ice from the ice machine. I was very pleased by this extra service. Thank you!
