Extremely disappointed with the terrible customer service and overall experience. The air conditioner was not working for 4 days, and despite repeated complaints, no proper action was taken. To make matters worse, during room cleaning, the staff switched off the refrigerator without informing us, causing all our food and medicines to spoil. The response from the management to our complaints was highly unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. The attitude shown towards guests was completely unacceptable. This has been one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever had. I strongly do not recommend this place to families or anyone expecting basic comfort, responsibility, and customer care.

A true 5-star experience at the price of a 3-star hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The location is quiet yet conveniently close to everything, situated between the Old City and the city center, as well as the Heydar Aliyev Center. There is a large supermarket right next to the hotel that has practically everything you might need. A receptionist is available 24/7, and whenever an issue arises, the staff responds immediately and resolves it quickly. The facilities are excellent, with reliable hot water and spacious suites. The windows can be opened, which is a great advantage. Housekeeping is provided daily, and they regularly replenish toiletries, toothbrushes, and high-quality towels. Overall, an excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay.

There are a few minor points worth noting. First, I would recommend requesting a room on the highest floor possible, as noise from the apartments above can sometimes be heard. In addition, the gym and swimming pool are located in an adjacent building. While this is not the most convenient arrangement, it is manageable—bringing a bathrobe or comfortable clothing for the short walk between the two buildings can make it much easier. The main drawback we noticed was a slight damp or musty smell in some areas. Aside from that, our overall experience was very positive, and the hotel offers excellent value for the price.
