У меня был ранный заезд около 7 утра, мне предложили на время другой номер, чтобы я мог отдухныть и поспать до заселения в мой номер. За это огромное спасибо. Вежливый персонал, готовый помочь в любой ситуации. Норме убирали каждый день, всегда приносили воду. Вследующий раз постараюсь остановиться тут же

The suite was spacious and had a beautiful view of the towers, the bed was king-size, and overall, comfy. The suite was moderately equipped and had a washing machine, microwave, fridge, and stove. The staff was very helpful, and communication was smooth. Every day, they offered housekeeping services, which were very helpful to keep the apartment clean. The best part was the additional services; we got to use the gym next door, which was very well equipped. The breakfast service was pretty good with many options to choose from. Because we stayed more than 3 nights, we got a free Airport ride.

There were some small annoyances with the overall facilities, although nothing too big to complain about: - The door was rattling and didn't lock so well. - The shower's water temperature regulation was faulty, and it took some time to get it to a lukewarm temperature. - The bathroom had a moldy smell - The internet was fast but choppy.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet's selection was big and yummy. The gym they partner with was fully equipped, and it was a great addition.

The facilities could be in a better state, especially the bathroom, which had a moldy smell, and the shower had issues with temperature regulation.

Piękny widok z okna na miasto i flame towers, w pokoju było czysto, codzienne sprzątanie, świeże ręczniki, uprzejmy personel.

Dość mocno było czuć nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, obiekt położony dość daleko od ścisłego centrum więc dojście zajmowało kilkanaście minut, śniadanie serwowane w hotelu obok, to nie było problemem, ale niestety wybór i jakoś posiłku były bardzo słabe. Obsługa na śniadaniu niezbyt przyjemna.

Удобное расположение отеля, приветливый персонал, уборка каждый день, есть все самое необходимое, стиральная машина, утюг итд

Есть запах от канализации

Хороший номер, отличное место положение. В номере чисто есть все необходимое.

Бассейн и сауна только для женщин в отеле. Водитель при трансфере пытается отвезти в место где симкарты продают по завышенной цене. Скудный завтрак.
