Excalibur Hotel & Casino

One of the best hotels that I ever stayed at. My experience was wonderful and the best. The view is to die for. You can see most of the strip.

Check in was bumpy. Room wasn’t ready. Had to wait an hour and come back to remind the front desk, who was giving away the last room to a walk in customer. Our room was not cleaned the entire time (3 days). The room was initially very clean. The bed was comfy. The casino is in a very convenient area. Luggage crew was great!

Close to expressway. Clean room. Slept well. Long walk to parking. The drive in to parking was confusing, even on day 4. Nice to be able to walk to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay with out going outside. Food prices in building way too high. (Probably all the casinos) Need coffee maker in room or expect to wait in long lines at the starbucks.

Excalibur as a lower end budget Hotel property But, thier over priced food & drinks. Tight complimentary drink service at the bars, cocktail waitresses that don't come around offen. Something to consider when booking a trip to Las Vegas.

Stayed one night before switching to the weekend place. Easy to check in for a late arrival into Vegas. Helpful staff and older hotel but renovations in the room were nice.

We were supposed to have a 50usd bonus that did not work, and they added a daily 45usd "resort fee" to the reservation. The service was not the best either. We won't be back.

We have been loyal patrons of the Excalibur for two decades and have consistently appreciated its distinctive castle theme and value proposition. Despite occasional underrepresentation in broader reviews, we find it to be an excellent accommodation choice, particularly noted for its favorable gaming limits. We wish to specifically acknowledge several employees for providing exemplary service: Kumiko (Our Host): Her service is unequivocally best-in-class and significantly enhances our overall experience. Daniel (Pit Boss): In the pit featuring the hybrid craps table, Daniel consistently demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and strong interpersonal skills, ensuring all player needs were met and offering assistance where required. Sadie (Cocktail Waitress): Sadie provided impeccable service, proactively managing all customer beverage requests promptly and with a consistently cheerful demeanor. Hybrid Craps Dealers (James, Cher, Steven, Ollie, and William): This team made the hybrid craps game, which serves as an enjoyable and accessible way to learn the game, both engaging and exciting. Suggestion for Improvement: Our sole recommendation is the reinstatement of the poker room. It was, in our long-standing

I was woken up at 6:15AM to no-less-than six (6) jackhammers relentlessly attacking the old pool. 6:15 in the MORNING!!! Call to the front desk netted Nada. They just kept plugging away until I finally left.

I paid a little over $50 per night. My co-worker stayed at MGM Grand for $350a night and my room was comparable. Security was visible and staff was friendly.

SMOKY! SMOKY! SMOKY! Horrible cigarette smell everywhere in the casino, lobby, and hotel. Really long check-in time. Tables and machines are way too "tight". All hostesses/services EXPECTED a tip and made it very clear. We're rude if they're not satisfied with your tip.
