"Very displeased"

Will never stay here again. Outlet fried the husband's electric wheelchair, dirty bed shirts and rags. Room stunk upon entry. Staff we encountered was not friendly.

"Reasonable and great staff"

Reasonable prices for a hotel on the strip. Convenient to walk to other hotels. Staff friendly. Wish they had more guest parking. Parking gets full at certain times.

"Great stay at the Excalibur"

Great stay at the Excalibur Hotel, stayed in a newly renovated suite on the 28th floor of the Resort tour. We had a great view of the strip, room was very clean.

"Nice hotel, comforters, basic amenities"

Quick check in via kiosk. Long lines at certain times of day. Storing bags staff asked for tips to store your bags after check out. Limited amenities in the room.

"Glad we gave Excalibur a chance!"

Wasn’t sure what to expect since the hotel prices were far below their competitors however the hotel was just as nice as the others, it was clean, staff was attentive, we would definitely stay there again.

"If you like high prices, this is the place for you."

Self-check in is a joke. Prices are not just a bit high. Prices are extremely high. I have talked with so many people now that feel the same way. Vegas is experiencing a significant drop in visitors and prices may be the biggest reason. Example; A small drink at the bar = $20. A Pepsi = $9 P.S. So, you are forced to spend more money in the casino, they removed from the rooms the refrigerator, microwave and even the coffee machine.

"Castle felt like home"

I visited and stayed in las vegas excalibur in November and the trip was great. It was great customer service at the front desk with Luchie who help with my stay and gave excellent info - making sure everything met all my expectations. Coffee stations (roasted bean) is great service and convienient too just outside the resort towers. The hotel in general itself was safe and comfortable with friendly staff - from the host/rewards desk to floor slot services. I will definately be back at vegas and stay at excalibur, coming from Canada. Thanks again Luchie! JL

"Pathetic experience"

Pathetic experience with no customer satisfaction, even after knowing it’s our first anniversary, the room that’s been allocated to us was filthy and upon requested to change it was denied.

"Nice Upgrades"

Rooms received a make-over. Beds were super comfortable, larger TVs, and refrigerators. Safes are conveniently located next to the bed in a drawer.
